VMT Ltd, the Lantra and BALI training arm of VMS Ltd, has partnered with off-road legend Edd Cobley to bring Lantra-accredited 4×4 training to professionals across the land-based and utility sectors.
The collaboration combines VMT’s reputation for delivering industry-leading training with Edd’s decades of experience in off-road driving and recovery. Together, they will offer basic and advanced Lantra-approved 4×4 courses, designed to improve safety, competence, and confidence in challenging environments.

The courses will cover everything from basic off-road handling to advanced recovery techniques and navigating steep gradients and water crossings. Training will take place at VMT’s Boughton Estate facilities, offering authentic terrain for hands-on learning.
